Carole Morgan is an Accredited Psychotherapist, Clinical Supervisor and Couples Therapist. Carole is the Clinical Lead for the 24/7 Client Care Counselling Teams within Spectrum.life and joined the company in February 2021. Carole has a wealth of experience working with young people, individuals, couples and providing clinical supervision to psychotherapists and counsellors. Carole has been a people manager for over 20 years. Carole has worked in the community sector, private and corporate sectors for many years and specialises in conflict related trauma and has a passion for ensuring everyone has access to mental health wellbeing support at point of need.
