A seasoned HR professional having spent the majority of her career in early stage high growth tech companies. While having a passion for all things people related Lynda has always had an interest in mental health and well-being and embarked on a degree in psychotherapy in 2020. Lynda joined Spectrum.life in August 2023 and believes that her role as VP People provides a perfect culmination of all her experiences and interests. While her vast experience in HR is supporting our internal growth, her unique experience in the mental health field allow her to contribute to supporting the Spectrum.life mental health and well-being business teams and initiatives.
